Hey cool it's my first ever blog entry - about the book club meeting we had about a week ago. The book was "The World is Flat", and it was all about globalization. So I'm a Mechanical Engineer, and I have some anxieties about this subject, and I got to spew them all out the meeting. Politically, I would call myself a social liberal but economically I throw my hands up about what is the best way to do things. Thomas Friedman (the author) seems really positive about it.
I was wondering, is there anyone out in this community who has been impacted by globalization? Positive or Negative? Please add a comment.
